I just got done with the blood donation at AIIMS. I thank Satwik Sathi RaktSetu for this blessed opportunity to help someone in need. It is always a very humbling experience to visit a place like a hospital where you can see so many patients and their relatives dealing systemic mismanagement there, especially if it's a government hospital. One learns and realises the importance of maintaining good health to avoid hospitals as far as possible. Hence, please take care of your diet, lifestyle choices and take proper rest. Regulate certain activities yourself in the interest of fitness before the doctor asks you to do so.

Satwik Sathi — From RaktSetu to Community Action

Satwik Sathi started as RaktSetu — a grassroots effort to connect blood donors with patients in urgent need after road accidents. In this early phase we are focusing on building a reliable donor network and creating local awareness.

Over the coming months we will run awareness campaigns and practical training programs (first-aid, emergency response basics, and community outreach). As our volunteer base and resources grow, we plan to introduce direct emergency support services to further reduce preventable deaths on our roads.
